Privacy notice
How we handle personal information when you use the digital library, apps, memberships and support channels.
Last updated: 11 August 2026. This Privacy Notice explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit, create an account, watch content, start a membership, contact support or use the Prophet Uebert Angel Digital Library on web, mobile or connected devices.
1. Information we collect
Account information
We collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as your name, email address, phone number, country, preferred language, password credentials in protected form, verification status, communication preferences and profile settings.
Membership and payment information
We collect plan selections, subscription status, renewal dates, payment provider references, receipts, transaction status, billing country and related support history. We do not store full card numbers. Card, wallet and mobile money details are handled by the relevant payment provider.
Viewing and library activity
To provide the library experience, we process watch history, continue-watching position, saved messages, playlists, search activity, downloads or offline authorisations where enabled, live-event access, content entitlement checks and playback errors.
Device and technical information
We process device identifiers generated by the app, browser type, operating system, approximate region, IP address, session identifiers, security logs, crash reports, diagnostic events, API request metadata and push notification tokens where you allow push notifications.
Support and contact information
When you contact us, we may process your name, contact details, message content, account identifiers, screenshots, call or WhatsApp context and any information needed to answer the request.
2. How we use information
- to create accounts, authenticate sessions and keep accounts secure;
- to deliver video, audio, live, devotional and membership content;
- to remember progress, saved items, playlists and preferences across devices;
- to process payments, renewals, receipts, failed payments and cancellations;
- to send service notices, verification codes, password resets and renewal reminders;
- to send push notifications where you have allowed them;
- to respond to support, billing, technical and data-rights requests;
- to detect abuse, credential sharing, fraud, security threats and platform misuse;
- to maintain, improve, troubleshoot and measure the service.
3. Cookies, sessions and similar technology
The service uses cookies and similar technology for sign-in, CSRF protection, security, playback continuity, preferences and essential operation. Some analytics, error reporting or payment features may rely on third-party technology where enabled. You can control browser cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout or playback from working.
4. Push notifications
If you enable push notifications, your device provides a push token that allows us to send notifications to that device. Tokens are linked to your account and device so that notifications can be stopped on sign-out, token rotation or account deletion. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
5. Sharing information
We share information only where needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect the platform or support your account. This may include cloud hosting providers, content delivery networks, payment providers, analytics or crash-reporting providers, email/SMS providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not allow third parties to use your account information for their own unrelated marketing.
6. International operation
The digital library serves a global audience. Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, depending on hosting, payment, notification and support providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice. Account data is generally kept while your account is active. Payment, invoice, tax, security, fraud-prevention, support and audit records may be kept for longer where required by law or legitimate operational need. Backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before automatic expiry.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, download, restrict or delete personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. You can update some account details directly in your account area.
To request account or data deletion, use the deletion option in your account where available, or contact support through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Deleting an account may remove access to memberships, watch history, saved items, playlists, downloads and other account features.
9. Children
The service is not intended for children to create accounts without appropriate consent or supervision. Family and kids features, where available, are designed to help a parent or guardian control viewing, not to collect unnecessary information from children.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect accounts and service data, including secure transport, access controls, session protection, audit logs and monitoring. No online service is perfectly secure, so you should use a strong password, keep devices protected and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the service, law, providers or features change. The updated date above shows when the notice was last changed. Material updates may also be communicated in the app, by email or through another appropriate channel.
12. Contact
Questions about privacy, account data or deletion requests can be raised through the Contact page.
