3. Playback and library continuity

4. Analytics and diagnostics

Where enabled, analytics and diagnostics help us understand how the service performs, which pages fail, whether playback starts successfully, and which devices or browsers need attention. These tools are used to improve reliability, measure aggregate usage and prioritise product work. They are not used to sell your personal information.

5. Payments and third-party services

Payment providers, fraud-prevention providers, content delivery networks, embedded players, support tools or notification services may set their own cookies or similar identifiers when their services are used. Their technology supports checkout, payment confirmation, security checks, media delivery and customer support.

6. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls vary, but they usually allow you to remove existing cookies, block third-party cookies or block all cookies.
